THE IPC DRUNK MOVIE TRIVIA NIGHT!

drunktrivia

I am sure everyone that looks out here looks at Luke’s site – so you are all familiar with his drunken attempts at movie trivia at the hands of his brother. Well – I love those videos and wanted to flagrantly copy him so, a couple of weeks ago I asked the Good Readers out here to send some movie trivia questions to my friend Lem and he could ask them to me over Skype. THESE are NOT those questions because Lem has been busy tabulating them. He did report to me on Friday that he has collected enough to have a well played game so I’ll work to coordinate a night when the three of us can get together and see how stupid Mister Pubes and I are.

Proper preparation is the key to success so, Mister Pubes and I got together to do a test run to see how this would all work. The following are some Trivial Pursuit questions and some trivia MRS The IPC found online. The intent was to make three 10-15 minute videos but someone was having technical difficulties during the second one so it turned out to be five. I hope you enjoy them – there’s plenty of cursing so I wouldn’t play this over the PA at work.

Funny story about the PBR – I bought a six pack for the big shoot and didn’t really care much for it. Took five of them to the inlaws for a Christmas party and me and Pops-in-law had a good time drinking them. To round up – the PBR was a good buy!

  2. Dearest Chop and Mister Pubes,

Finally, I am caught up. Very well played.

I love the assessment that assassins aren’t necessarily criminals, and those thinking hats were great. You know I am part pirate, and that hat just made it.

I freaking loved that Helter Skelter book, it was excellent.

And how DARE you speak of my Dicaprio in such an offhand manner? “The second one.” Pfffffffff. Chop, I am wounded!

      Dearest JJB,

I am so glad you enjoyed your morning entertainment and I am happy you appreciate my pirate hat. I am concerned that you think I have ill feeling towards Dicaprio. That is not the case. I LOVE The Aviator. I just didn’t like Shutter Island.

      Love,

      Sorry SC

      • Kindest PSC,

        Yes, it was lovely!

No, not ill feelings. Just no feelings. 😛 Well, you liked The Departed, too. I am sure there are others you like. You know we just can’t be friends if you hate him. Lucky we cleared that out the way a long time ago 😛

        Fairest PJB,

I DID love The Departed and quite liked Gangs of New York. I didn’t love him in Django but that wasn’t his fault – that was Tarantino’s.

        Yes – very good!

      • Kindest PSC,

You didn’t like him in Django?! What?! He was awesome, though totally a reprehensible toolbag to the most extreme! But then… I love Tarantino.

        😀 😀

        Fairest JJB,

I WAS liking him until that whole skull bit. I thought that was very contrived. I mean – he’s been sitting on that thing forever and just happens to have it ready when Django shows up?? I call foul.

        Love,

        PSC

  3. You guys are hilarious. Here are a few notes: 1) Mrs. The IPC is being WAY too helpful. You’re supposed to get drunk, dammit!!! Tell her she’s not allowed to help you cheat next time!!! Lol. 2) Thank God for Mister Pubes. Eric, you’d be a wasted mess if it weren’t for his knowledge outside the horror genre. 😉 3) But you DO know your horror movies, don’t you?? What a pro. 4) Those hats are glorious. 5) “Isn’t London the only city in England?” LOL. 6) CANNOT WAIT FOR THE REAL THING. 😀
